Fascia Blasting Services for Overall Wellness and Body Contouring
How did I get into Fascia Blasting?
My interest in fascia blasting started as a stop along a difficult, personal journey that instilled a passion to help others hopefully avoid having the same experiences. I spent 10-plus years in chronic pain due to a medical condition that no number of doctors and specialists could diagnose, so I desperately searched online for some pain relief. That research revealed to me the concept of fascia blasting, and I found it fascinating and interesting. I wanted to learn more about it and researched and read everything I could get my hands on. I then purchased several of the Ashley Black tools and started blasting myself. I found the results encouraging, so I reached out to the Ashley Black team to find someone who could do the blasting on me because it’s hard to reach some areas.
I found out that, at that time, there were no certified fascia blasters in and around the New Orleans area. I applied to Ashley Black’s Fascia Advancement Academy to get certified to learn everything I could about it. Meanwhile, I continued blasting myself with the Ashley Black tools and saw some incredible changes in my body and overall wellness. I was accepted into the course, and I underwent the Academy’s intense training. During the training we were instructed by a team that included medical professionals and trainers. In teams, we worked on each other with every tool Ashley Black makes. I learned that fascia holds the trauma of the body, and I saw firsthand how blasting could help others release that trauma and so many other things. There were several emotional moments and I felt close to the team I was assigned to. I thought about how I knew others that were either in pain or hating certain parts of their body. I had not been inspired by anything in a long time, but this was an amazing experience. I realized I was there for a reason, and I wanted to help my friends and others along a similar wellness journey so they can get the relief and results I have experienced.
